Start on the home page to browse categories or use the search bar to find a commendation or cosmetic. The Cosmetic Catalogue lets you filter by type or source, and many pages include direct links between commendations and the cosmetics they unlock. Having trouble finding something? Try broader keywords or browse by category first.

We use only essential cookies required to operate the website:

● csrftoken — protects forms from cross-site request forgery attacks (essential)

● sessionid — used only for authenticated admin/staff sessions (essential) We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Feedback you submit via the Feedback button is relayed to our Discord via a webhook. The message you type and basic metadata (like your browser user agent) are included to help us triage issues. We do not store or sell personal information. You can dismiss the cookie banner with “Got it”; this preference is stored in your browser’s localStorage.

Commendation icons come from the official Sea of Thieves website. Cosmetic images and details are curated from the Sea of Thieves community wiki (wiki.gg) and in-game observation. SotDB.gg is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with Microsoft, Rare, or wiki.gg.

There are currently over 8,000 cosmetics listed. Since the website is still fairly new, you may notice small errors, duplicates, or missing images. However, the cosmetic database is already very solid and covers the majority of Sea of Thieves content. Some cosmetics are added manually, so we’re continuously catching up with years of content, and with your support and feedback, SoTDB.GG aims for 100% accuracy across all cosmetics.
